1. Call to order: Todd Kirrane- Treasurer
2. Discussion and action on the minutes of the February 4, 2022 and June 6, 2022
3. Further discussion of the proposed FY23 MBTA Advisory Board (internal) budget, and possible vote to recommend said budget to the body for approval.
4. Old/New Business: Update on old audits underway
5. Adjourn
