    4. Future Audits: Consideration of the audit for the period 12/31/2022 – 12/31/2023, and action to authorize such an audit and approve any related fees. C. Aufranc
    5. 2024 Internal Budget: Discussion and action on a recommendation from the Budget & Audit Committee to approve an internal operating budget for the MBTA Advisory Board’s operations for the period 01/01/2024 – 12/31/2024. Aufranc

Executive Director Employment: Discussion and action to authorize the Chair, on behalf of the MBTA Advisory Board, to negotiate and enter into an employment agreement with Brian Kane to serve as Executive Director of the MBTA Advisory Board for a period not to exceed 36 months beginning March 1, 2024 and ending February 28, 2027.
