Prior to serving as Executive Director, Kane spent 8 years at the MBTA in many capacities including, Manager of Operating Budget, senior staff of several MBTA General managers, principal staffer to the Fiscal and Management Control Board, and Director of Operations Analysis in T Operations. Kane began his career in public transportation as a budget and policy analyst at the MBTA Advisory Board in 2008. A Brookline resident, he holds a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from Northeastern University, and a BA in history from Boston College.

Deputy Director 

Hanna brings many years of legislative experience from both the House and Senate, having served as Legislative Director for Senator Paul Feeney and Legislative Aide for former State Representative Louis Kafka. A Sharon resident, Hanna holds a Master’s in Public Administration (MPA) from Northeastern University, and a BA in Near Eastern & Judaic Studies and Politics from Brandeis University.

Budget & Policy Analyst 

Theo joins the advisory board with a passion for transportation issues, sustainability and experience in local government, working internships with state representatives and local non-profits through his education in Massachusetts and Colorado. Theo is a Wellesley native, and holds a BA in Environmental Studies from Colorado College.
