Passenger/Regional Rail Committee

The Passenger/Regional Rail committee (PRRC) reviews the operations and performance of the MBTA’s Commuter/Regional/Passenger rail. The committee also reviews contracting processes, expansions/transformation concepts and pilot programs. It meets with senior MBTA, Keolis, and other staff to discuss service-related matters, rail policies, schedule changes, and the future of rail in the region. It also considers rail transformation, regional rail, and passenger rail transportation policy in general.
