In accordance with G.L. c. 30A, §§ 18-20 and 940 C.M.R. 29.03, as amended by § 20 of Chapter 20 of the Acts of 2021, §§ 8-10 of Chapter 22 of the Acts of 2022 and § 4 of Chapter 107 of the Acts of 2022, notice is hereby given of an open meeting of the MBTA Advisory Board’s Commuter Rail Committee to be held remotely on the above-captioned date.

C. Presentation of basic financial statements (audits) for the years ended December 31, 2013 – 2018 – Renee Davis, CPA- Powers & Sullivan, LLC 

D. Discussion of the 2013-2018 presented audits, and action to accept reports, and complete the processes. – Colette Aufranc (Wellesley), Co-Chair 

E. Update on bookkeeping including discussion and possible action on a Financial Policy for the MBTA Advisory Board- Brian Kane, Executive Director 

F. Discussion and action on a resolution authorizing the Executive Director to sign a lease for new office space for Advisory Board staff. B. Kane, ED 

G. Next meeting, new/old business, etc. – Co-Chairs
