In accordance with M.G.L. c. 30A, §§ 18-20 and 940 C.M.R. 29.03, as amended by § 4 of Chapter 107 of the Acts of 2022 and § 40 of Chapter 2 of the Acts of 2023, notice is hereby given of an open meeting of the MBTA Advisory Board or one of its committees to be held remotely on the above-captioned date.

1. Call to order: Sam Squailia (Fitchburg) – Co-Chair
2. Minutes: Discussion and action on the minutes of the 2/16/24 meeting.
3. Discussion: Continued discussion of the MBTA’s fare proposals to provide direction on preparing a report and recommendation to the full MBTA Advisory Board to staff. Co-Chairs
4. Possible action to approve the Fare Changes Review Committee’s Report and to recommend its acceptance to the full MBTA Advisory Board at its next meeting.
5. Upcoming Meetings:
   • 3/8/24: Discussion and action on report/recommendation (if needed)
   • 3/12/24: Presentation to MBTA Advisory Board
6. Adjourn: Co-Chairs
