C. Presentation of the Proposed FY24-28 MBTA Capital Investment Plan, and discussion and action to refer it to the CIP Oversight Committee with a charge to report back with a recommendation on May 16, 2023- MBTA

D. Discussion and action to endorse a report from the Climate & Clean Energy Committee (new) – Climate & Clean Energy Committee

E. Discussion and action on a Financial Policy for the MBTA Advisory Board – Budget & Audit Committee. F. Discussion and action on a Reserve/Investment Policy for the MBTA Advisory Board – Budget & Audit Committee.

G. Discussion and action on a proposed CY2023 Budget for the MBTA Advisory Board’s internal operation. Budget & Audit Committee.
