Last week, the MBTA Advisory Board attended the 2025 Government Affairs Forum hosted by the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. The Advisory Board was honored to host Mayor Tom Koch of Quincy, Mayor Jen Grigoraitis of Melrose, and Mayor Patrick M. Keefe Jr. of Revere.

The audience of nearly 700 members of the business community were joined by Governor Maura Healey, who spoke about the economic future of the Commonwealth. The Governor touted her administration’s transportation and infrastructure investment plan, acknowledging the work of the Transportation Funding Task Force, and emphasized the importance of reliable, safe and equitable transportation networks for the health of the Commonwealth’s economy.

The Advisory Board is grateful to the Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce for an engaging forum, and for the opportunity to foster connections between municipal leaders and the Chamber’s community.
