E. 2026 Draft Internal Budget Review: Discussion and possible action to approve the draft 2026 Internal Budget.

1. Initial review of 2026 Advisory Board internal budget.
2. Discussion and possible action to authorize the Executive Director or his designee to solicit relevant firms to conduct audits/reviews of the organization’s financials for the period 01/01/2024-12/31/2024 and 01/01/2025-12/31/2025.
